By placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item before it is ready for dispatch. Please read the following information carefully before completing your purchase.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time your pre-order is placed to secure your item.
Estimated Dispatch
Each pre-order product will display an estimated dispatch timeframe on its product page.
Please note that dispatch dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, quality control or shipping delays. If there are any significant delays, we will keep you updated via email.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund.
After 24 hours, your order is considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled or refunded, as production planning and order allocation begin shortly after your order is placed.
Please ensure you carefully review your selected style, colour and size before completing your purchase.
Returns
Once your pre-order has been delivered, our standard Returns Policy applies.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Eligible returns may be exchanged or issued as store credit in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
Shipping
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking information.
Delays
While we always aim to dispatch pre-orders within the estimated timeframe, unexpected production or shipping delays can occasionally occur. If this happens, we will keep you informed throughout the process.
