Returns & Refunds Policy
At Bodied by Patricia, we take pride in the quality and fit of every piece. Please review our returns and exchanges policy below before placing your order.
Size Exchanges
We offer one size exchange per order on full-priced items only. If you have ordered the incorrect size, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.
To be eligible for a size exchange:
- Items must be tried on for fit only
- Returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and hygiene liners must be intact
Items that have been worn beyond a brief fit check, washed, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.
Please note: We are unable to offer multiple size exchanges on the same order. If the exchanged item is still not suitable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Store Credit
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. In eligible cases, store credit may be issued at our discretion. Store credit is issued via email, does not expire, and can be used on future purchases.
Faulty Items
Refunds are issued only in the case of a faulty item. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear images of the issue. Once approved, you will be eligible for a replacement or full refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked return service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs will be covered for confirmed faulty items.
Final Sale Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: sale or promotional items, discounted items, bodysuits and one-piece garments, intimates, and gift cards.
