Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once payment is processed. You’ll receive an email confirmation with order details.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2–4 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only on full-priced items, subject to availability. Size exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
